Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, shipping times are outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is delayed in transit, please contact USPS directly or file a claim through their website. Of course, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help however I can.
